Terms and Conditions:

Inspection fee must be paid in advance on all non-warranty repairs for non-account customers prior to a case number being generated.

On completion of this form, our service department will provide further information containing a case number and instruction for the repair. They will also provide further information in the event of parts required which are not in stock and may incur a longer waiting time.

All repairs will incur a $195 ex. GST Admin and Inspection charge. This includes the first 30 minutes of any repair undertaken.

Form submissions valid for 30 days. After which time will need to be re-submitted if goods are not received.

All repairs are covered by a three month warranty which includes parts and labour.

This warranty is not applicable where the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Warranty repairs:

All confirmed warranty claims will be carried out at no cost provided they are either:

• Inside the manufacturer's warranty period
• Inside Group Technologies general warranty extension period
• Confirmed by Group Technologies under special circumstances including issues known to the manufacturer

Upon completion of the repair a $0.00 invoice will be generated showing the details of the repair and a description of the repair may be requested.

Warranty repairs are only valid based on the event of manufacturing faults and does not include user error, misuse or any damage which is not deemed as a manufacturing defect.

Group Technologies will provide the shipping from the repairer to the customer at the completion of the repair, however, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to the allocated repairer for assessment.

Out of warranty repairs:

Upon completion of this form, the users agrees to their chosen repair option:

1. Inspect and Quote ❲$195 ex. GST❳
2. Authorised to repair up to the cost of $500 ex. GST
3. Repair at any cost

The user agrees to pay the admin and inspection fee of $195 ex. GST unconditionally. Upon completion of the repair an invoice will be generated and is payable up front for non-account clients. Government organisations when required will be provided a quotation to which they can raise a purchase order against.

Final repair costs may differ for additional faults found after the initial repair process.
